James Willis, who has spent the past season as the Defensive Coordinator for the Ragin’ Cajuns football team, has decided to join the defending national champions, the Florida State Seminoles, according to this report.

Willis, who has spent only one season with the Cajuns football program, is expected to take over the role of linebackers coach on Jimbo Fisher’s staff. That position was made available after former linebackers coach Charles Kelly was confirmed as the Seminoles new defensive coordinator.

Willis came to the Cajuns after previously coaching at Texas Tech, Alabama and Auburn.
