Rangers Broadcaster Has Odd Moment During Broadcast – VIDEO

The following took place on Monday evening, during a gamer between the Texas Rangers and the San Diego Padres.

Listen where Rangers’ television play-by-play man Dave Barnett just kind of lost it for a few seconds, and started talking incoherently.

“The go-ahead run is at fifth on what Adams is insisting on calling a botched robbery. What actually happened was his henchman …” Barnett said.

Barnett has been with the Rangers since 2009 and worked as an ESPN analyst for 13 years prior to that.

According to the Rangers, Barnett has been suffering from migraine headaches, and will be evaluated over the next couple of days.

Barnett is a well-respected broadcaster, and we wish him the very best.
