Ragin’ Cajun Tailgate TV For New Mexico State [VIDEO]

It might have been a soggy Saturday, but it didn't dampen Ragin' Cajuns fans' party time one bit. Cajun Nation isn't scared of weather.

Honestly, of all the episodes of Ragin' Cajun Tailgate TV, brought to you by Hampton Toyota, this might be the best I ever ate. It might have been the rain, or the cold weather, or simply the angels of culinary perfection blessing Cajun Field that brought out the masters of the black pot...but whatever it was, my belly was thankful.

Gumbo, jambalaya, oysters, cracklin...you name it, I saw it. Oh yeah, I ate it too.

This week, the $100 gift card to Academy Sports and Outdoor went to the best smelling pot of gumbo, and in classic chef fashion, the cook refused to tell me his special mix of herbs and spices. He DID say the real formula was his wonderful wife...cher...

I could barely even tell it was raining with all the fun I had, and it always helps when you have some Cajun cooking in your stomach.
