Ragin’ Cajun Softball Plays First Exhibition Friday

Ready for some Ragin' Cajun Softball? You can get your first taste this Friday at Lamson Park.

It might only be an exhibition, but Michael Lotief's group of warriors will lace up the cleats and oil up the gloves to hit the field this Friday, October 23rd, against Galveston College at 3:00 pm...and to make things even sweeter, admission is free and concessions will be available.

Galveston College is the first of four contests this fall to help the Cajuns prepare. LSU-Eunice will come into Lamson Park on October 28th (6:00 pm first pitch), followed by Lamar on Thursday, November 5th (6:00 pm), then they will wrap up with an alumni game the following Saturday, November 7th. They won't count on the schedule, but Coach Lotief will surely be searching for loose ends to tighten up.

The Cajuns welcome back 28 players from last years squad, and if they're going to make another Super Regional, they'll need Cajun Nation's support. Why not start this Friday?
