Anytime an NFL team has success, people in their organization will be in demand.

That's certainly the case with the New Orleans Saints, who won the Super Bowl in 2009, made the playoffs last year, and are currently in first-place in the NFC South.

Defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, who has already been a head ocach in the league, received some attention about head coaching opening last year, and now offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael has reportedly been generating some talk.

Again. this should come as no surprise to anyone. Carmichael is a solid coach, who's been part of a winning franchise.

It would be a surprise if his name wasn't bandied about.

Pat Yasinskas, of ESPN.com reports that Carmichael may be a candidate for the Jacksonville Jaguars head coaching position, if that job becomes open at the end of the season.
