When Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones made a coaching change earlier this month, a lot of Saints fans grew nervous.

They feared Jones' lecherous intentions. They knew New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton's history in Dallas. They read in his book about the Valhalla life he and his family lived in the Dallas exurbs before taking the Saints job in 2006. They knew he and Jones were beer buds and wine wagerers.
