Lots Of Positives In Saints’ Win Over Vikings

There were a number of positives about the New Orleans Saints' 42-20 victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

The win was the sixth-straight for the Saints, and clinched them a playoff berth, as their record improved to 11-3.

Quarterback Drew Brees threw for 412 yards, along with five touchdowns, marking the 41st-consecutive game he has thrown for a score.

Brees now has 4,780 passing yards on the year, and needs only 304 passing yards over the final two games to break Dan Marino's single-season record.

Marques Colston and Jimmy Graham combined for 17 catches, and 161 yards.

The New Orleans defense held the Vkings to 207 yards of total offense.

The Saints also remian in the hunt for the number two seed in the NFC playoffs.
