Sean Payton Surgery A Success
New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton underwent successful surgery this morning to repair his left tibial plateau fracture and lateral meniscal tear. Payton broke his knee and tibia and tore his MCL when tight end Jimmy Graham collided with him on the sidelines early in yesterday's loss at Tampa Bay.
Saints Have Win Streak Halted, Fall To Bucs, 26-20
The New Orleans Saints had their four-game win streak snapped on Sunday, falling to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 26-20, in an NFC Southern Division match-up.
The Saints outgained the Bucs, 453-420, in terms of total yards, but turned over the football four times.
Tampa Bay quarterback Josh Freeman was 23-of-41 through the air, for 303 yards, and two touchdowns, while running back Earnest Graham carried the bal 17 times for 109 yards.
In a losing cause for the Saints, quarterback Drew Brees was 29-of-45, for 383 yards, and a touchdown.
With the win, the Bucs improved to 4-2, while the Saints fell to 4-2.

The New Orleans Saints will put their four-game win streak on the line on Sunday, when they travel to Tampa Bay, Florida, to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in an NFC Southern Division match-up.
The game concludes a three-game road stretch for New Orleans.

Despite being the victim of the illegal hit, Ochocinco tweeted that he will pay Foster's fine, and complimented Foster on the tackle.
