Saints Roster Littered With Undrafted Players

The 13-3 New Orleans Saints are widely considered one of the best organizations in American sports. Having four backs that you have confidence in can be a good problem, but remember, if all of them are active, then you'd be taking away a roster spot from a player at another position.

Payton hasn't said how the Saints will deal with the situation when they take on the New York Giants on Monday night.

Five Things The Saints Need To Work On Improving

The New Orleans Saints are 7-3 on the year, and are in sole-possession of first-place in the NFC Saints.

Like with every team though, there's certainly room for improvement.

With the bye week here for the black & gold, they can use it to get healthy, with linebacker Jonathan Vilma, cornerback Patrick Robinson, along with head coach Sean Payton being the most banged-up.

In defense of Saints' red zone defense, the Falcons gained 481 yards of total offense last Sunday, yet only scored 23 points, in an overtime game, as the New Orleans defense was much better in the red zone.

What other areas do the Saints need to improve on following the bye week?
