Lack Of Smart Thinking In Conference Realignments

Last year, Nebraska left the Big XII to join the Big Ten, while Colorado left the Big XII to join Utah, who left the Mountain West Conference, to join the new Pac-12.

Recently, Texas A&M announced they will leave the Big XII, and are expected to join the SEC, and recent reports say that Missouri may be headed from the Big XII to the SEC as well.

We're still not done.

Pittsburgh and Syracuse are leaving the Big East, and going to the ACC.

Meanwhile, the remaining teams in the Big East and the Big XII are trying to salvage something their respective leagues.

All of this movement...is it a smart thing for all these conference, and schools, to do?
