This is video of a little league umpire that's just a little over the top with his called strike three call.

If this were Major League Baseball, it would rank as one of the best, kind of like Dutch Rennert. But this is little league baseball. It is amusing though.

Of course, the all-time best moves by an umpire was by Leslie Neilsen in the "Naked Gun".
