Ochocinco To Pay Fine For Player That Hit Him

Patriots WR Chad Ochocinco was illegally hit by Bucs rookie LB Mason Foster in preseason action. NFL Commisioner Roger Goodell has fined Foster $20,000 for the hit, but Ochocinco disagrees. Despite being the victim of the illegal hit, Ochocinco tweeted that he will pay Foster’s fine, and complimented Foster on the tackle.
