After trimming their roster down to 53 on Saturday, the Saints began signing players to their practice squad.

With 10 slots open, a number of players who the Saints waived on Saturday inked a practice squad deal, while other players signed with the Saints PS after being released elsewhere.

Here's a rundown of the signees.

According to Nick Underhill of The Advocate, the Saints signed DT Bobby Richardson (pictured), CB Brian Dixon, WR Jake Lampman, G/C Tony Steward, FB Austin Johnson, TE Garrett Griffin, and G John Fullington. All 7 players were in camp with the Saints. Richardson and Dixon were on the regular season roster last year.

Today, Josh Katzenstein of The Times-Picayune reported three more PS signings for the Saints, including WR Jordan Williams-Lambert, who was on the Saints preseason squad, DB Taveze Calhoun, who was cut by the Cincinnati Bengals, and kicker Wil Lutz, an undrafted rookie out of Georgia State who was released by the Baltimore Ravens.
