Our New Orleans Saints may not have ended the season number one on the field, but the organization did finish tops in something else.

In a survey conducted by the NFL's League Observation Program and third party Expert Review Audits, of all the 32 teams, the Saints ranked number one in Overall Gameday Satisfaction for the 2017 NFL season.

The rankings were issued by the NFL following fan surveying, on-site reviews of every home game. Every team is reviewed in eight categories.

The list is below and includes where the Saints rank league-wide in each.

  • Game Entertainment - #2
  • Arrival - #3
  • Departure - #1
  • Safety and Security - #2
  • Food - #3
  • Gameday Staff - #2
  • Stadium Technology - #7
  • Merchandise - #7

"Just as it is our goal is to win championships on the field, our organization wants to create an atmosphere that is the best fan experience in the NFL every season," said Saints owner Tom Benson. "While we are very proud of this ranking, I can assure you we will continue to work aggressively to earn the highest rankings in every category to improve in all areas that affect our fans."

Kudos to the entire Saints organization. We already can't wait for the 2018 season to get here!
