New Baseball Polls are Out

In baseball polls, beauty truly is in the eyes of the beholder.

And that's especially true early in the season.

There was wide fluctuation as far as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns were concerned in four polls released today.

The highest ranking is in the Perfect Game poll, where the Cajuns actually jumped up two spots to #11 after a 2-2 week.

The Cajuns held firm at #16 in the Baseball America Poll and dropped three spots to #16 in the D1Baseball Poll.

But the Cajuns took a big hit in Collegiate Baseball, where Louisiana fell twelve spots to #28.

LSU is ranked #2 by Perfect Game, #3 by Collegiate Baseball and #4 by Baseball America and D1Baseball.
