The Seattle Mariners have agreed to terms with outfielder/designated hitter Nelson Cruz on a four-year contract worth a reported $57 million.

The 34-year old Cruz led all of Major League Baseball in home runs last season, belting 40, to go along with a .271 batting average and 108 runs batted in his first season for the Baltimore Orioles, after spending eight seasons with the Texas Rangers.

A three-time All-Star, Cruz has a career .268 average, to go along with 197 homers and 597 RBI's.

The deal is expected to made made official with a press conference on Tuesday.
