The 2012 Summer Olympics are right around the corner, and to help get you ready, we give you this blast from the past.

The is video of Nadia Comaneci, of Romania, scoring the first perfect 10.0 in the Olympic Games.

It happened during the team portion of the competition on July 18, 1976, in Montreal. Her routine on the uneven bars was awarded a perfect ten. It was the first time in modern Olympic gymnastics history that the score had ever been awarded.

To make it even more special, Comaneci was only 14-years-old.
