Rafael Nadal won his sixth French Open Championship, and 10th Grand Slam, by defeating Roger Federer, in four sets, on Sunday. The Associated Press, courtesy of espn.com, reports that Nadal was victorious, 7-5, 7-6, 5-7, 6-1.

Nadal now has six French Open titles, to go along with two Wimbeldons titles, one U.S. Open title, and one Australian Open title.

With his 10th  Grand Slam titles, Nadal is now one behind Rod Laver, and Bjorn Borg, for the fourth-most, all-time. Roger Federer has the most, with 16, followed by Pete Sampras with 14, and Roy Emerson with 12.
