Davenport University head men's basketball coach Craig Heatherly will have people talking about his marriage proposal to his now fiancee, Linaya Hass, for a long time

Heatherly, dressed as Davenport mascot Pounce the Panther, did a dance routine with Hass, who is Davenport's dance coach, faked an injury, and then popped the question after Hass went over to check on him during the school's recent Midnight Madness celebration.

How could she say anything but "yes"?

I don't know how Davemport, an NAIA school, will fare on the court this year, but Heatherly sure made Midnight Madness memorable for himself, the soon-to-be Mrs. Heatherly, and the Davenport fans.
