Ragin' Cajuns Softball Head Coach Michael Lotief thought outside the box for his wife Stefni's birthday. He didn't need any ribbons or bows either.

Not too many people have the ability to use the media to deliver their birthday message. Lotief's weekly press conference coincided with his better half's big day, so he took advantage of the cameras and tried to say as many nice things as he could to make his wife blush.

Lotief went back to her days as a pitcher and praised her all the way up to modern day, and she wasn't there to tell him to stop. Who knows what other presents he bought her, but this is definitely a winner in the "he has a way with words" department.

Well played, Coach Mike. If only the rest of the men in the world could hold a press conference for their anniversary, maybe we could keep a couple husbands off couches. For now, you're just making us look bad, Mike.
