McGuire to Return for Senior Season

Eli's comin'.....back for one more season.

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns running back Elijah McGuire will return for his senior season after testing the waters for the NFL draft.

McGuire tweeted "Here's to my senior season" earlier today.  McGuire confirmed he'll be returning, according to multiple sources.

McGuire rushed for over 1,000 yards in the 2015 season and is withing striking distance of Tyrell Fenroy's school rushing record of 4,646 yards.  He'll need over 1,400 yards as a senior to set a new mark.
