Manziel Tells NCAA He Took No Cash

Johnny Manziel has told the NCAA he did not take money in exchange for signing autographs.

The report, on cbssports.com cites sources as saying Manziel was questioned by the NCAA for about 5 1/2 hours on Sunday.  And, again according to those sources, Manziel denied taking money in exchange for signing memorabilia.

Meanwhile, other reports are saying the Aggies plan to start Manziel against Rice on Saturday, noting he's been taking most of the snaps in practice.  Texas A&M has its weekly media briefing today, but Manziel will not be available and the school has already said they will address no questions concerning his status.
