Don't look now, but Arkansas State is in the market for a new head football coach....again.

The Red Wolves are looking for their fourth head coach in four years after Gus Malzahn decided to take Auburn's offer to become their head coach, replacing Gene Chizik.

Malzahn's team went 9-3 and won ASU's second consecutive Sun Belt Conference championship.  Malzahn's predecessor, Hugh Freeze, left after one season as head coach to take the job at Ole Miss after leading the Red Wolves to the title in 2011.

Steve Roberts was fired after the 2010 season.

Malzahn took a pay cut from being Auburn's offensive coordinator to become the Sun Belt Conference's highest paid coach just one year after leading the Tigers to the National Championship.  Malzahn was reported to have been paid $850,000 by the Red Wolves.

Arkansas State will be playing in the godaddy.com bowl for the second straight year.  Ironically, Kent State, ASU's opponent has also lost its head coach after Purdue reportedly hired Darrell Hazell.
