Mallett Enters Draft

Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett has decided to forego his final year of college eligibility, and enter the 2011 NFL draft. Chris Low, of espn.com, has the story, below.

Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett is ready to take his shot at pro football.

Mallett, who became just the fourth player in SEC history to pass for 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns in back-to-back seasons, announced Thursday that he's giving up his final season of eligibility to declare for the 2011 NFL draft.
