Luke Bryan, a two-time Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year, will sing the national anthem at Super Bowl LI.

The 40-year old Bryan currently, who has 16 number one country songs to his credit, has sold over 7 million albums, including 27 million singles worldwide.

A native of Leesburg, Georgia, Bryan performed at halftime of the 2015 Thanksgiving match-up between the Dallas Cowboys and Carolina Panthers.

Super Bowl LI, which will feature the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots, is scheduled for Sunday, February 5. at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
