LSWA High School Football Polls

6 teams from the Acadiana area are ranked in the latest LSWA high school football polls, which were released on Tuesday, following the completion of the 9th week of regular season action.

One local team is even listed at the very top of their respective poll.

In Class 5A, Acadiana is ranked 5th, while St. Thomas More is ranked 4th in the 4A poll.

In Class 3A, there are no local teams ranked this week.

In the Class 2A poll, Notre Dame is the top-ranked school, with Catholic High-New Iberia checking in at #3.

Finally, in the Class A poll, Opelousas Catholic is ranked #3, while Lafayette Christian is #9.
