LSU/Alabama Stay 1-2 In BCS Rankings
LSU and Alabama still look destined for a rematch in the BCS title game.
LSU remains No. 1 in the BCS standings, after defeating Arkansas last Friday, 41-17, to clinch the Tigers a spot in this year’s SEC Championship Game.
The Tigers will play Georgia for the SEC title this Saturday.
Alabama stays in the number two spot in the BCS standings, after a convincing 42-14 win over Auburn, last Saturday, in their regular season finale.
Oklahoma State replaced Arkansas at number three, while number four Stanford moved up to pass number five Virginia Tech.
Unbeaten Houston jumped two spots to number six, passing number seven Boise State, and number eight Arkansas.
Number nine Oregon and number ten Oklahoma round out the top ten.
