LSU sophomore wide receiver John Diarse had a solid performance in the Texas Bowl, catching 4 passes for 45 yards.

Perhaps he feels he plays better in his home state of Texas, as he's transferring from LSU to TCU.

In two seasons of play, Diarse caught 28 passes for 412 yards and 3 touchdowns.

The Monroe, Louisiana native redshirted his freshmen year, and graduated early this past December.

As a graduate transfer, he is eligible to play immediately for the Horned Frogs, with 2 seasons of eligibility remaining.
