The Virginia Cavaliers used a big second-half run after LSU had take the lead Sunday night at John Paul Jones Arena, sending UVA to a 64-50 win over the Tigers.

KT Harrell and Mustapha Farrakhan each had six points in the 18-3 run for Virginia (9-5). It spanned 6 1/2 minutes and came after the Tigers had taken their first lead at 29-28. When Will Regan finished the burst with a tip-in, Virginia led 46-32 with 10:37 to play.
