The LSU Tiger men's basketball team returns to action on Saturday afternoon, when coach Trent Johnson's squad plays host to the top-ranked Kentucky Wildcats, in SEC play, at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, in Baton Rouge.

The Tigers lost for the fourth time in their last five outings on Wednesday night, when they fell to the Mississippi St. Bulldogs, 76-71, in Starkville, Mississippi.

LSU is currently 12-8 on the season, including a 2-4 SEC record.

The Wildcats rolled to their 12th-consecutive win on Tuesday, defeating the Georgia Bulldogs, 57-44.

Kentucky stands at 20-1 overall, and 6-0 in league play.

Junior center Justin Hamilton leads the Tigers, averaging 13.9 points, and 7.4 rebounds a game, while sophomore guard Doron Lamb paces a balanced Kentucky scoring attack, averaging 13.7 points a contest.
