The LSU Tigers return to action on Saturday, when they play host to the Ole Miss Rebels in an SEC match-up at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La.

The game, which marks the fifth home tilt of the year for LSU, as well as the third conference home game, will be televised on ESPN.

The contest will also be the third for the Tigers under the direction of interim head coach Ed Orgeron, who replaced former coach Les Miles, who was fired after the fourth game of the season.

LSU, who has won two-straight, and four of their last five, Southern Miss, 45-10, in non-conference play last Saturday, to improve to 4-2, overall, while remaining at 2-1 in SEC play.

Offensively, the Tigers are averaging 28.5 points, to go along with 408.5 total yards, including 228.0 rushing yards, and 108.5 passing yards-per-game, while allowing 14.0 points, 312.0 total yards, 103.7 rushing yards, and 208.3 passing yards a contest, defensively.

LSU is led by junior quarterback Danny Etling, who has completed 70-of-119 passes for 925 yards and six touchdowns, along with junior running back Leonard Fournette, who has piled up 386 yards, along with two touchdowns, on 67 carries, and sophomore Derrius Guice, who has compiled 570 rushing yards and six touchdowns.

Ole Miss, who lost to Arkansas, 34-30, last week, will enter the match-up at 3-3, overall, and 1-2 in SEC play.

The Rebels are averaging 39.7 points-per-game, to go along with 476.7 total yards, including 156.7 rushing yards and 320.0 passing yards, while allowing 30.3 points, 448.5 total yards, including 215.3 rushing yards and 233.2 passing yards.

Ole Miss is paced by senior quarterback Chad Kelly, who has thrown for 1,849 yards and 14 touchdowns, and senior running back Akeem Judd, who has rushed for 343 yards and 3 touchdowns.

This will be 105th meeting between the two schools, with LSU leading the all-time series, 59-41-4, but Ole Miss has won two of the last three games, including a 38-17 triumph in Oxford, Mississippi last year.

Kickoff time is set for 8 o'clock.
