The LSU Tigers fell on the road in SEC action on Saturday, dropping an 81-70 decision to the Arkansas Razorbacks in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The loss was the fifth-consecutive road setback for LSU, who hasn't won away from Baton Rouge since January 11, when they went to Columbia, South Carolina and knocked off the South Carolina Gamecocks, 71-68.

Arkansas led at halftime, 37-33, and then outscored LSU in the second half, 44-37, to secure the 11-point victory, their third win in their last four games.

The Razorbacks out-shot LSU from the field, 46%-39%, while also forcing 17 turnovers by the Tigers.

Rashad Madden led the way for Arkansas, with 21 points and five assists, while Coty Clarke added 16 points and nine rebounds.

In a losing cause for LSU, Johnny O'Bryant had 20 points and 16 rebounds, while Andre Stringer scored 13 off the bench.

With the victory, Arkansas improved to 16-9, overall, and 5-7 in SEC play, while LSU fell to 15-9, overall, and 6-6 in league play.

The Tigers return to action on Wednesday, when they host Mississippi St.
