The 21st-ranked LSU Tigers return to action on Monday evening, playing host to the Kennesaw St. Owls in a non-conference tilt at the Maravich Center in Baton Rouge, La.

Tipoff time is set for 8 o'clock.

The game, which is the regional round of the Legends Classic, will mark the second game of season-opening three-game homestand for the Tigers.

LSU, who defeated McNeese St., 81-70, in their regular season opener on Friday night, is 1-0 on the young season, while Kennesaw St., who fell on the road to Alabama, 77-64, on Friday evening, will enter the match-up at 0-1.

The Tigers are outscoring the opposition, 81.0/70.0, and outshooting them from the floor, 46%/39%, while holding down a 46.0/39.0 rebound advantage.

LSU is led by freshman guard Antonio Blakeney, who scored 22 points, while pulling down 10 rebounds against McNeese St., and freshman guard Brandon Sampson, who scored 18.

Kennesaw St., a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference, is being outscored by the opposition, 77.0/64.0, and outshot, 51%/35%, while holding down a 39.0/38.0 rebound edge.

The Owls are paced by senior guard Yonel Brown, who poured in 34 points, while pulling down 10 rebounds against Alabama.

This will be the first time that Kennesaw State will play LSU.
