LSU Basketball Hosts Auburn-Game Preview
The LSU Tiger men’s basketball returns to action on Tuesday evening, when coach Trent Johnson’s squad plays host to the Auburn Tigers, in an SEC match-up, in Baton Rouge.
LSU, who has lost two-consecutive games, and three of their last four, is 11-6 overall, and 1-2 in SEC play, while Auburn comes in with identical records, at 11-6 and 1-2, respectively.
LSU is led by junior center Justin Hamilton, who is averaging 13.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per game, while junior guard Frankie Sullivan paces Auburn, at 11.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest.
LSU is averaging 67.3 points-per-game, compared to Auburn, who is at a 65.6 points-per-game clip.
Tip-off time, at the Pete Maravich Assembley Center, is scheduled for 7 ‘clock.
