The Louisville Cardinals have taken over the #1 spot in the latest AP College Basketball Poll.

The Cardinals (16-1 after beating Connecticut Monday night), got 36 first place votes, one of five teams to get at least one first place vote.  Indiana (13), Duke (14), Kansas (1) and Michigan (1) all received at least one first place vote.

Duke, last week's #1, fell to #3 after being upset by #14 North Carolina State.  Michigan, who appeared primed to take over at #1, the next day to Ohio State.  The Wolverines were the last remaining unbeaten team.

Syracuse, Arizona, Gonzaga, Minnesota and Florida round out this week's Top Ten.
