This umpire, in the recently played Little League Baseball New England Regional Semi-Finals, really sold this call, on a foul ball hit down the right-field line.

He probably was a little over-the-top, but he got the call right, and like all umpires doing Little League Baseball, he's a volunteer, so kudos to him.

If there was a negative, it was that he came pretty close to breaking the halo rule in football, not giving the right-fielder a full two yards to make the catch.
