Leger Selected to Cape Cod All Star Team

Louisiana's Gunner Leger has arguably been the best pitcher in the Cape Cod league this summer.

Today, Leger was rewarded for that effort.

Leger was named to the West Division All-Stars of the Cape Cod League for their annual all-star game next Saturday.

Leger is pitching for the Wareham Gatemen and he's been spectacular.  In 14 innings of work this summer, Leger has not given up an earned run.  He's given up just five hits with 21 strikeouts.
