Kobe refuses tests on ankle, says he’ll play tonight against Hornets
Kobe Bryant has a sprained left ankle, but has refused the team's request that he have an MRI. Bryant says he plans to play tonight in Game 5 against the New Orleans Hornets.
Bryant rolled his ankle late in the fourth quarter of game four. He spent Monday undergoing extensive treatment on the ankle.
He is officially listed by the Lakers as "day-to-day."
