Jon Jones & Daniel Cormier Brawl At UFC 178 Media Event [Video]

Lafayette native and Northside grad Daniel Cormier got into a brawl with UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones at a media event promoting their fight. [Video]

Cormier and Jones have a UFC title fight scheduled on Sept. 27 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. While at a media event, the two met on stage and engaged in an intense staredown.

Cormier appears to give Jones a light shove, who then attacked Cormier with punches. The two tumbled off the stage before finally being separated by MGM security.

Shortly after the scuffle, Jones send out a series of tweets directed at Cormier.

Cormier responded.
