New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin is the fastest-growing athlete brand in the world. In fact, in the last week, it skyrocketed to $14 million. Is there anything the Asian-American, Harvard educated, NBA Eastern Conference player of the week can't do?

His number 17 jersey was the top seller on NBA.com last week by a mile. The voluminous nature of his brand is welcome news for the NBA and the Knicks.

Shareholders in Madison Square Garden, Inc., the parent company of the Knicks, might want to thank Lin. After all, their market value and stock has grown 6% since February 4th.
