New Orleans Saints running back Chris Ivory should be ready for training camp, after undergoing surgery on his left foot. Brian Allee-Walsh, of, has the story, below.

The news is relatively good for New Orleans Saints rookie running back Chris Ivory, who should be ready for the start of training camp after recently undergoing Lisfranc surgery, the player’s agent said Friday.

Ivory, the team’s leading rusher in 2010 with 716 yards and five touchdowns, is sporting a cast on his left foot and currently recovering in New Orleans after undergoing surgery for a Lisfranc injury Jan. 12 in Charlotte, N.C.
