Ian Clark Re-signs With Pelicans On 1 Year Deal

Veteran guard Ian Clark will be back in a New Orleans Pelicans uniform next season, according to multiple reports.

Per Scott Kushner of The Advocate, the deal is for the veteran's minimum.

After next season, the Pelicans will own Clark's early bird rights, and will be able to offer him a better deal than anyone else if they feel Clark earns it next season.

Averaging 7.4 points in 19.7 minutes in 74 game appearances last season, Clark outplayed his one year minimum deal last year, and was an offensive spark off the bench.

New Orleans now has 12 players under contract.
