Hud Named “Coach of the Year” Finalist

Louisiana head football coach Mark Hudspeth has been named one of ten finalists for the Liberty Mutual "Coach of the Year."

Hudspeth, in his first season as Ragin' Cajuns head coach, has led Louisiana to an eight win season for the first time in eighteen years and their first bowl appearance in 41 years.

The finalists were selected as a result of an on-line vote.

Louisiana will take on San Diego State in the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl on December 17th.
