Thursday night the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns celebrated a, to many, unforseen win over Georgia Southern before a national audience on ESPNU.

But for head coach Mark Hudspeth, who celebrated his 48th birthday Thursday, there was something else he had to deal with.

A locker room video exploded on social media yesterday, which showed players dancing and making obscene gestures to a rap song by YG and Nipsy Hussle.

In an interview with The Advertiser's Tim Buckley, Hudspeth said four players have been disciplined for their actions in the video, which was recorded via someone's cell phone in the locker room sometime before the election.

“I am obviously disappointed in a few of our players’ immature behaviors that they demonstrated in the locker room,” Hudspeth said shortly after UL’s win at Georgia Southern on Thursday night.

“We do not condone that type of behavior. It is not an example of our entire team. It does not represent our entire team.

While Hudspeth did not defend the actions of the players, he did suggest there has been an overreaction from those who have seen the video.

“It’s also disappointing that so many people have vilified a few 19-year-olds making some immature decisions...

Trump carried Louisiana by a large margin in the Tuesday election and many of those supporters were extremely displeased over the video and its aftermath.
