Back on May 25, Giants catcher Buster Posey was lost for the season after a home plate collision with Florida Marlins' Scott Cousins.

Posey broke a bone and had torn ligaments as a result of the play.  He has undergone surgery.  Giants brass are optimistic Posey will be ready to go on Opening Day next season, but there's no question he has a long way to go.

In a radio interview, Sabean said that at some point in time, revenge would be enacted against Cousins and the Marlins, prompting MLB Operations Head Joe Torre to say he planned to call Sabean, according to espn.com.
