Giants & Cardinals Make Deals To Win Now

The San Francisco Giants recently acquired outfielder Carlos Beltran from the New York Mets, while the St. Louis Cardinals gave up outfielder Colby Rasmus, but acquired starting pitcher Edwin Jackson, along with bullpen help, in an 11-player deal.
