The Marlins Marlins officially signed star outfielder Giancarlo Stanton to a record $325 million, 13-year contract on Wednesday.

The 25-year old Stanton hit a .288 with 37 home runs and 105 runs batted in last season, and has accumulated a .271 with 154 homers and 399 RBI's in five seasons.
