In this video, we see Miami Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton hitting a monumental home run against he Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday night, completely out of Dodger Stadium.

Statcast estimated that the homer went 475 feet, which is the third longest in Major League Baseball this year, behind Seattle's Nelson Cruz (483 feet), and Toronto's Josh Donaldson (481 feet).

The blast by Stanton was only the fifth home run in history to be hit completely out of  Dodger Stadium, and the first since Mark McGwire (483 feet, May 22, 1999) did it 16 years ago. The others were Mike Piazza (478 feet, Sept. 21, 1997) and Willie Stargell, who did it twice (506 feet, 6 inches, Aug. 5, 1969 & 470 feet, May 8 1973).
