Watch below, as Houston Astros outfielder George Springer robs Texas outfielder Leonys Martin of a walk-off grand slam home run, and the Rangers of a win on Sunday.

With the game tied, 4-4, in the bottom half of the tenth inning, with the bases loaded and two outs, Martin lifted a long fly to right field off of Houston reliever Tony Sipp.

Springer, racing back toward the wall, timed his jumped perfectly, and mad the incredible catch just as the ball was about to clear the wall.

The catch turned out to be a difference-maker, as the Astros went on to win in 14 innings, 6-4.
