Former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun, and current Chicago Bears' cornerback Charles "Peanut" Tillman suffered a worrisome triceps injury during the Bears' 28-20 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.

Tillman, a second round choice by the Bears in the 2003 NFL Draft, after playing his college football at Louisiana from 1999-2002, suffered a right triceps injury early in the third quarter, when he chucked 49ers' receiver Michael Crabtree and immediately slumped over in pain.

No further information on the injury, including it's severity, is know, but Tillman was emotional on the sideline after he was taken out, and you normally only see that with a prolonged injury.

The injury is also of great concern due to the fact that Tillman, who has played his entire 12-year career with the Bears, missed the final eight games of 2013 with a torn right triceps.

Tillman, a two-time NFL Pro Bowler, who has compiled 36 career interceptions, was named the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year in 2013.
